When you check out of our store, we provide you with the option to choose various delivery timetables (Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight, etc) of FedEx Shipping. At this time MONO only ships to U.S. addresses from monocreators.com. (Please see our dealer locator for MONO purchases outside the U.S.)
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will immediately begin processing your order. Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours. Expedited shipping orders must be received before the cutoff of 12pm (PT) to ship same-day. Orders placed after noon (PT) will ship the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon PT on Friday will ship on Monday.
Orders for out of stock items will be processed as a pre-order, and will ship once the ordered product is back in stock. Pre-order lead times will be indicated on the product page at the time of ordering. In the event of a multi-item order where some items are in stock and some are pre-ordered, we will partially ship the in-stock items by default and there will be no additional charge for the multiple shipments.
During holidays and times of high demand, shipping may be delayed - please bear with us if that happens. Once your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email from us including a tracking number if applicable.

We guarantee all merchandise sold by monocreators.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Product must be unused and include all the tags that shipped with it. MONO will provide a return label and pay for the cost of shipping the return. Once we have received your return, we will process a refund of your original order minus any shipping cost. (most items ship for free from our webstore so this only applies if you chose expedited shipping for your original purchase). After 30 days, MONO may not accept returns for any reason other than defects. MONO can't refund items bought anywhere other than on monocreators.com. Please contact the original place of purchase to process returns not purchased on monocreators.com.
To return an item please send an email to email@example.com to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
